Claire began her career in the law industry as a legal secretary in a Family Law practice of a large city firm. She commenced work with Shipton & Associates as a paralegal in 1999 and began studying law part-time in 2003.
Claire graduated with a Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board in March 2008, winning the Thompson Legal prize for Family Law, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court in July 2008.
Since then Claire has practiced as a solicitor mainly in the areas of Family Law, Commercial law, Wills and Estates, Conveyancing, and Criminal Law. Claire has obtained the Specialist Accreditation in Family Law.
